Treasury
Corporate and Bank Treasury - all aspects including but not limited to: Balance Sheet /Asset Liability Management (ALM); Operations; Funding; ILAA; ICAAP; Stress testing; covering responsibilities for first, second and third lines of defence
For Corporate treasury: all aspects however with the ability to translate the thinking and actions of the banks
For Bank treasury able to design and resolve issues across all elements of treasury

How are these provided
These can be provided through interim management roles, specific contracts for a specified purpose for a specified time, a simple rate per day or on a retainer basis of number of days per month. The solution depends on our clients needs.
